Shop Local Show is the premier annual event for consumers to explore what Windsor-Essex has to offer. The 2018 show saw 50 unique local small business vendors participate, including artisan, wellness products, food and beverages. The event has also featured live demonstrations, entertainment and door prizes.

I first conceived the event, formerly Small Biz Expo, in 2015 and it has since grown from 450 attendees to over 1,200 last year. Shop Local Show is hosted by WindsorEssex Small Business Centre each October in celebration of Small Business Month in Canada.

Each year I help develop marketing materials and sponsorship packages, run social media promotions, secure business vendors, book suppliers and oversee day-of execution.
